The Oppurtunity
While studying at Rochester Institute of Technology (RIT), I worked as a graphic designer for RIT Library and RIT Global, engaging in collaborative ventures with external organizations seeking partnerships with our institution. The following projects showcase this collaboration, with each project uniquely developed through discussions with both my supervisor and the client. I operated within RIT's revamped branding guidelines while infusing my own creative interpretation.
RIT Global: Annual Report 2021-2022
I was assigned the responsibility of crafting the annual report for the 2021-2022 term for RIT Global department. This encompassed presenting an overview of our staff members and highlighting our achievements across global campuses throughout the preceding year. The objective was to applaud our accomplishments and inspire student engagement in forthcoming RIT Global events, such as studying abroad opportunities. The report comprised 42 pages, all meticulously designed by me and refined with input from my supervisor. It is soon to be available on the RIT website, featuring an interactive format. Presented here is a selection of report pages that I thoroughly enjoyed designing.

RIT Global: Retractable Banners Showcasing Our Global Campuses
As part of the annual Imagine RIT event, we aimed to spotlight our global campuses by featuring students immersed in the vibrant atmosphere of each site. This endeavor provided me a unique chance to engage with photography, a medium I don't often work with. Throughout this project, I harnessed my photo manipulation and editing skills to ensure the images were print-ready. Below, you'll find a selection of banners that were successfully printed in preparation for the event.

RIT Gloabl: International Education Week 2022 (IEW)
International Education Week (IEW) is a nationwide celebration that higher education institutions across the US celebrate during the month of November to help promote international understanding and build support for international educational exchange. Our department decided to partake in this celebration and invited all RIT students to a kick off-party. I took the lead in crafting promotional visuals across email, social media, and print platforms.

RIT Library: Scholarship in the 21st Century (Open Education Resources)
Open Education Resource (OER) is a platform sharing free materials like texts, media, and digital assets for students' benefit, ranging from textbooks to research papers. It aims to provide free resources to students, considering the cost of materials like textbooks. Rochester Institute of Technology Libraries is collaborating with OER's co-founder for a presentation to promote these free resources and educate professors about the platform. I was tasked with promoting the event to professors while offering essential details, and designing graphics for print, a Facebook event banner, and a PowerPoint slide.

RIT Library: Digital Humanities and Social Science Workshop (DHSS)
Rochester Institute of Technology is organizing a series of science workshops to enhance students' abilities in areas like data visualization, digital storytelling, and community engagement, each led by a different guest speaker. Rochester Institute of Technology Libraries strives to provide extra free resources to assist students beyond classroom hours. I promoted the event with a student-friendly postcard and engaging Instagram stories to remind students of the event details on the day.

Information Delivery Services (IDS)
Information Delivery Services is a distinguished offering provided by the Rochester Institute of Technology Libraries. Our mission is to facilitate swift access to resources from global libraries, ensuring timely support for students. With access spanning 12 academic libraries within New York State and a worldwide network of libraries, we are dedicated to enhancing research and learning opportunities. My aim was to craft a tabletop banner and postcard , sharing essential information about our services with students in a professional manner.
